Marelia Villas are 2 luxurious, brand new(2022) Villas, located in Tympaki, a beautiful beach resort on the south coast of Heraklion. The Villas is conveniently located just 2500 meters away from a lovely sandy beach, which is ideal for children and within walking distance from cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops, as well as a pharmacys! Also, there is a bus stop only 400 meters away, which allows you to easily visit the surroundings, as well as Chania, Rethimno and Heraklion cities.

Marelia Villas are a ground floor Villas, practically divided in two separate residences and it covers 240 sq. m. The Villas boasts six bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens in total. It’s design is ideal for two families or groups of friends as it offers privacy and intimacy at the same time! The Villas provides comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people.

The outstanding outdoor area of Marelia Villas features 2 private swimming poos in a tile-paved terrace, surrounded by wonderful lawn covered areas. The terrace is equipped with sun beds, and umbrellas and offers unobstructed view to Psiloritis Mountain and clear blue sky! Additionally, BBQ facilities and a dining area under the shade of a wooden pergola, are also provided, so you can enjoy al fresco dining with your loved ones, try your cooking skills and create some unforgettable memories! The spacious pool area is also suitable for children to play and have fun, while you relax, staring the breathtaking view! From the pool terrace guests have direct access to the verandas of both residences!

Each residence opens up to a modernly designed, open-plan space, featuring a living and dining area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, providing you with everything you may need for a self-catered vacation. The room is very bright and airy, decorated with bright colours, creating a cheerful atmosphere! The cosy and high quality furniture welcome you to spend time with your family and make the most out of your stay. Double doors from both living rooms offer access to a large, perimetrical veranda, equipped with patio furniture, as well as direct access to the pool and terrace.

Both Residences boasts two bedrooms which both have double beds and one bedroom with two single beds  which could also be used as a King Size Bed, as well as a family bathroom.

– Towels, pool towels, linens, covers and blankets provided.

– Pool cleaning twice per week.

– Baby cot and high chair available upon request.

– Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room area is included.

– Air conditioning units serve heating purposes also.

– Free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the villas.

– Free Parking space inside the villa area.

– All in-house electronics are available, including a dishwasher, flat-screen TV with satellite reception, large fridge with freezer, electric stove, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, coffee maker, juice maker, washing machine, iron and iron board, bluetooth speaker.

– Pool operates seasonally (end of March – middle of November)

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas!
